Estate Planning Attorney, law Maggard Elder Law is a law firm focusing exclusively on helping families plan their estate. We strive to protect everything a family has worked hard to save. Estate planning consists of not only wills and powers of attorneys, but also revocable living trusts. Often provisions are added to the estate planning documents to help avoid probate, step up basis, and to insure proper distribution to the heirs at death. Additionally, Elder Law Attorneys help protect your home and savings from a spend down, liquidated, in the event of a nursing home situation.
