I wasn’t sure what I wanted, or what direction I wanted to go for my branding, but Edwin, my account manager, was extremely patient and listened my ideas and direction that I wanted to go in. They made me feel completely at ease with the professional, and polite but the human manner of communication throughout the project, but more importantly they were so passionate and motivated that when I was working with them and talking about my business – which is my baby, they increased my excitement and motivation!
They gave me lots of ideas and help with marketing and advertising, and when I had feedback on their first logo draft, we discussed exactly what the idea was together and they even accepted my terrible drawings of what I had in my head as an idea! They then sent me back the most amazing and perfect logo, incorporating everything we spoke about! I couldn’t have been happier!
