BEWARE! This company is a SCAM and FRAUD. They accept home warranty insurance claims with absolutely no intention of returning to perform any work after they take your money, and "schedule an appointment window" but never show up or call. Read their reviews plastered everywhere and it's like listening to a broken record. Same scam different person on each one. They told my home warranty service CHOICE, that I needed freon and never even showed up with tools or gauges to validate that claim. (By the way, why would a roofing company be servicing HVAC units?) After they no-showed, my warranty service approved me soliciting a reputable company to repair. I called Hiller and they were here within 4 hours and replaced the $38 relay that had gone bad. By the way, the unit was totally full of freon. AVOID this company at all costs!
