UPDATE: Please be aware, they are now working under the name Expert Homes. Please avoid at all costs. New homebuilders beware! Save yourself the time, money, stress, and frustration. They may seem like a legit business at first, but the second you sign the contract, it's all downhill from there. This company is very shady and has no idea what they're doing when it comes to building a house. All they care about is trying to screw you out of the most money possible. They break their own contract and string you along the entire process with constant lies and excuses. You feel like you're getting a good price on a new build, but the numbers on their own contract don't mean anything to them. They try to get you to sell them your unfinished house or terminate the contract before substantial completion by dragging out the building process as long as possible. The money you sign over to them does NOT end up going where it should be. At some point you'll be hearing from subcontractors asking where their money is, when they should have already been paid.
