A vegan vegetarian South Indian restaurant serving traditional style delicacies The Madras Cafe was born when we realized that with all the restaurants serving a variety of food from all over the world in Dr. Phillips, the restaurant row was missing an all vegan and vegetarian restaurant. As a lot of people are fixated on the concept of Indian food being mostly the North Indian style curries and naan, we wanted to expose them to the culinary arts of the Southern part of India.
