Been renting from them for 3 years they are slumlords took them 2 and a half years after countless reports to fix animals in the walls birds and squirrels and a roof leek still got birds in the walls roof still leaks theres no insulation in the attic they still have yet to fix or put any up there you can see clearly through to my nieghbors one of thier maintance men broke the attic stair case said hed be back to fix it still has yet to do so they have switchs in the garage that as far as i can tell do nothing the property has mold growing in the walls do to the roof leak pretty sure the Carbon dioxide thing doesnt work and the hot water heater is out dated I just got threated with an eviction notice today because yesterday they were changing filters and my female had just had puppys and they had arrived when i just got back from taking my wife to work in strafford so i hadnt had time to clean up after the puppys yet if theres any House inspector that anyone knows im pretty sure it would not pass by reading housing regulations and if you state something they dont like or ask a question they dont like they hang up the phone and get pissy
