I got fired for attending my high school graduation in California. I guess not everybody and or every company has moral standards. Quality of work the same. You should never cut cost and sacrifice quality or structure. Well that's exactly what you get with this company. From the way they put the plywood on to the way they Use doubled up conventional lumber for headers instead of real beams. Is a great way to make your house a lot weaker. Than quality standards! With high hellacious winds in the surrounding counties, Using trusses built out of flimsy 2x4's instead of conventional (2x10 or 2x12 etc...) lumber On a custom home is just cutting corners. It is half the cost or even lower because you have engineered smaller lumber to its maximum. some refer to that maximum as close to its breaking point. So you get what you pay for with this company. In taking on a company to build your home you usually want to get at least three different bids, All from different companies. Most often people don't go with the lower bid because most likely they cut the most corner's and cost's. Which leads to a far less substantial home. Maybe it's a good idea to ask to see a current project and see for your self, What the company is doing. What their actual quality standards are. Before you let them take on an important project such as building a home from the ground up. Try and spot exactly where they might be cutting costs. Or are they truly putting out a quality product? If you may have guessed from reading this that I graduated late. You would be Right. ("It's never to late to set a goal and or standard for you're self") The clue's I would imagine came not from the grammar. Lol No it probably came from the fact that I know exactly how a quality home should go together. So I wish you good luck in who you choose to build your home, Also in the quality they provide.
