Initially received a prompt reply to schedule someone to come out for a quote. The gentleman spent 30 min or so taking measurements and chatting. Told me they would email me the quote. Then nothing. I emailed them, giving them the benefit of the doubt that something has slipped in the process. Nothing. This is not the first contractor that I've had do this. Faking interest and ghosting seem to be the new way for contractors to let you know that they are not able or interested in the job rather than being honest and professional.
