SHER Everything
Learn proper grooming skills and customer service skills! After having my poor dog for 4 hours they finally called us to pick him up. Once we got home our poor baby was limping, when we looked at his belly he had large OPEN burn marks under both of his front paws. It took me 4 attempts to get someone to return my call and was told I would be refunded within 2 days by check sent to my house. I never received my refund and have reached out 5 times and have gotten no response. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
