Seven Hills Pasta Co. specializes in the crafting of Artisan Dried Pasta. All of our pasta is extruded through bronze dies and slowly air dried for over 24 hours. Our production facility is located inside the Boston Public Market on Hanover Street. We also have a retail outlet inside the market where we sell our artisan dried pasta, specialty fresh pasta as well as seasonal made to order pastas. Our artisan pasta can be found in various stores and markets across New England
