Please stay clear of this company at all costs! We contacted VWE fall of 2022 when tree fell on our house during a storm. Aria came to the house and was wonderful. We picked our windows and door that needed to be replaced and gave them our $5000 deposit and all seemed to be well. Weeks and then months went by. No windows and very little communication. Then came excuse after excuse. We were told our windows weren't in yet and they were still waiting on the distributor. Then it was that they were restructuring the business and let go everyone but Christ and Casey so things were taking longer. Then it was there was a family tragedy. All of which I sympathetic to as I am also a business owner and understand things happen. They even offered us a credit of $5000 to make things right as this is not how they normally do business. Again I graciously accepted and hoped they would do the right thing as they promised. Then Casey told us they were going to issue us a refund as our windows would not be coming in. (meaning they had never even ordered them) The refund was promised to us by Casey based on the fact he was waiting on another insurance claim to come in for another job. Right then I knew this business was in more trouble than I thought and we would never see that money. It is now the end of August 2023 and we still have boarded up windows on our house. We have not received any money back nor have they responded to correspondence from us or our lawyer. When you read the other 1 star reviews, it seems to be the same story. My business and family may be out $5000 but I will continue to spread the word about this company anywhere I can to hopefully save others the stress and financial hardship they have caused us.
