The absolute worst experience working with them! We were on the "referral program" and told they had met with the expectant mother and that she was all in, knew what she was agreeing to, and that they had done over all of her options and such. They also expressed that they were a full service agency that provided for all of the expectant mother's needs. Come to find out, after signing and agreeing to everything, all this meant was giving her money and that she signed some papers. Also learned they never met with her aside from over the phone. Ever. They completely misled us. We also learned, through our attorney, that the expectant mother had some very serious criminal background cases that we absolutely should have been made aware of prior to agreeing to the match. Now we are empty handed, out a ton of money, and will never have closer on whether or not the person we talked to on the phone was ever actually pregnant, or just scammed us for money. I would NEVER work with this agency again. Highly unethical on all fronts.
