VSU works within its local communities to make sure that "at risk" and low income families have the BEST educational opportunities to make their lives soar! We focus on physical, mental, moral, and financial fitness and self defense. These are the skills that are the great equalizers. VSU not only teaches the concepts, but by interweaving life lessons throughout physical training in disciplines like the martial arts, acrobatic gymnastics, and hip hop dance, we are able to create successful life skills, develop character, as well as teach values and etiquette. VSU is a 501c3 nonprofit and donations made are tax deductible as such.
