I also have over 15 years of experience as an auto body technician / refinisher, and was a General Motors body shop manager for five years. As an experienced Appraiser, I have built a solid reputation and earned top evaluation scores with many insurance companies. I take pride in writing estimates as complete as possible, and with reasonable assignment turnaround time. I also take the time to talk with vehicle owners to explain the claim and repair process, as well as answer their questions to the best of my ability in order for them to feel more at ease.
