When all five senses are stimulated, grounding oneself in the moment can be shared with others in a powerful way. At Connected Roots, we incorporate nature into our therapy practices to help clients reconnect with the earth as an alternative to the fixation with technology that is prevalent in our culture. ​Confidence comes from feelings of well-being, acceptance of oneself and the belief in your own ability, skills and experience. When we feel confident, we are able to take the healthy risks that are necessary to achieve our dreams.
