Disappointed with the customer service. I'm not ordering from them again. I have a client who is particular about her napkins be Sea Mist. As I rent a lot of linens, I asked IQ for a sample. The sample was right, so I ordered a dozen to make sure it came the same. It did, so I ordered 400 for my client and it was clearly not the same.
When I sent photos of the contrast between what had been and what then had arrived, the customer service rudely told me that my photo was inaccurate and that there was no difference.
I was attracted to IQ by the price, but I am not using them again.
