Up until four years ago, I was just a real estate agent who sold different luxury houses to people who wanted to have guaranteed, top-notch comfort and security. I was also working with Luxury Property Care during that time, and they were of so much help in managing the properties, from helping me screen future tenants, to keeping up with the rent. Later however, I then started investing in a yacht for people to rent during their vacation. I was having a lot of trouble taking care of the yacht at first, but then I found that yacht maintenance is something Luxury Property Care actually also provides! I couldn't leave home because of the extra protocols being handed out to us, so Luxury Property Care actually did the job for me, which I highly appreciate. From boat detailing and maintenance, and even letting me know if there were any engine troubles. They even waited for me to tell them what to work on, which is great! And now my yacht is in great condition all year round, and I can even relax while I'm at home. Not having to worry about your investments going down the drain feels refreshing.

Before Luxury Property Care, I had no idea what property managers did. I thought they'd only oversee rent collection, so I never considered hiring them because I thought they didn't provide much value. But after sitting down with Luxury Property Care, I realized that they did much more. So much more, in fact. Hiring a property management company definitely isn't a waste of money. Yes, they collect rent, but they also do all of the admin work like book-keeping. Instead of hiring multiple third-party providers, I managed to get the services I needed in one place, saving me thousands of dollars in the long run. I was blown away by Luxury Property Care's knowledge of my rental market. They knew who to market to, which contractors to hire, etc. It's an additional expense, yes, but for the expertise that I'm getting, it's well worth it! If you're looking for great value, look no further than Luxury Property Care!

If I could describe Luxury Property Care with one word, it would be "luxury." I know that sounds a bit redundant, but that's exactly what they provide. I've been handling my apartment for 10 years now, and I've had to deal with multiple services that were almost just as expensive but were of mediocre quality. I hired Luxury Property Care 3 years ago, and even after the pandemic struck, they were still providing the best quality service any property owner can ever dream of. It's just that good. Kudos to the team that had been with me until now, I couldn't have kept my apartment intact during this pandemic. Even my tenants are impressed with how good the apartment looks until now. The maintenance team even did a great job at handling the wiring and plumbing. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't hire them any sooner. If you're having a tough time finding a suitable company, this one's for you. I can admit it was a bit pricey, but the end results speak for themselves.
