Serveia, LLC is a well respected and renowned real estate company that deal on investment properties and real estate private lending services Serveia, LLC is one of the profiting private lending firms in the industry. Some but not all of the products we specialize in are, Conventional purchase and refinance, VA USDA and FHA loans. I personally enjoy working with our “HIP” home improvement department working on rehab loans including 203K and Homestyle loans. Originated residential purchase loans while developing business relationship working in a large real estate office. Primarily focused on purchase business including USDA, FHA, Homepath and OHFA grant programs.
