My name is Kevin Gerard and this company is a compete scam. DO NOT BELIEVE many of the reviews including the reviews posted on there web site. I have found out many are fabricated. Go to BBB and see their rating and also Google Reviews for accuracy. In a nut shell they cancelled on me, no warning, no phone call, a generic e-mail at 8:30 the day of the move saying "WE are cancelling" and promise of refund of $1000 depost. I am into this 21 days now, no refund, no response, blocked calls. Marc the salesman will tell you things like "we own the trucks". Complete lie. These guys are Freight Brokers only. They have no culpability and hide when contacted. I am having to file suit in court in Dade County. The support team will not let you talk to a manager (they claim they dont'p have the full name or extension). For anyone having the same problems the contact below is the owner/president of this company. Again i recommend you file claims immediately to get your refund. I suspect they are not paying anyone now. Look elsewhere for your move and try to avoid brokers. I am still waiting for my household goods, promised to me Aug 20th and no hope in sight to get them (This is an entirely different review for a different broker that also scammed me) Sad industry. The Vintage Van Lines were very prompt in replies that allowed for easy scheduling. The removal itself was well-managed. The apartment's wooden flooring was not affected at all. They are best to work with. I am really happy and would love to book them in the future.
