Welcome to Darien Wellness! Darien Wellness is a team of therapists and counselors based in Darien, Connecticut, but now serving the entire state via teletherapy. Clients and their parents come to us seeking help for conditions such as anxiety and depression as well as a multitude of others including but not limited to ADD / ADHD, bipolar disorder, emotional trauma and conflict, teen therapy, OCD, Bipolar diagnoses and other mental health issues. We also have Gottman trained marriage therapists to help with couples counseling. Often, the client can't name their challenge; they're not even sure whether they need a therapist or counselor, psychologist, life coach or psychiatrist, therapy or medication. What's important is to take the first step to reach out for the best therapy near you that fits your needs and takes your insurance. Now, with our secure (HIPAA compliant) online therapy options, you can work with a therapist or counselor via telemedicine no matter where you are. Methodologies used include CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy), and other evidence-based techniques. Whether you are in Bridgeport or New Haven, Hartford or Stamford, Storrs or Mystic -- anywhere in Connecticut, our teletherapy options will help you find your best therapy or counseling options to improve your life and your relationships.
