I'm writing this because I have a new installation for cameras and the owner appears to have ghosted me. The tech was supposed to return to set up my phone for camera access and stopped answering the phone and texts. Upgraded to eight cameras and I can only see three of them on the monitor. Very unprofessional to leave a new customer hanging like this. Now I have to pay someone to come out and figure what he did and get me set up. If you have been in business for 11 years this does not make sense. As the end user of your services, this is just not acceptable to not respond to repeated calls or texts. You must not value your reputation or stand behind what you do. You know I had a robbery and I need to view the cameras you installed! Instead you GHOST in less than a month?
