Awful communication and follow through. We hired them to resurface our pool and balance the chemicals once it was refilled. To start, their people flooded our yard while draining our pool because the hose they used was held together with electrical tape. Then they didn't tell us a second day of demo was not necessary until half way through day two when we asked where the crew was causing us to waste a day of PTO. Contract states 28 days of brushing and chemical balance. They showed up 12 times. The water was not properly balanced and we have proof of this from Leslie's. The owner Chris refuses to cover costs for draining and rebalancing even though he's fired the two employees that were in charge of our project. He's now telling us he will not honor the warranty on the plaster either. I would not recommend working with them and will gladly provide anyone with proof of these issues. They have dodged our calls for months and only respond to emails at this point. We have texts from his project leads telling us they aren't showing to brush the new plaster and check chemicals along with surveillance footage proving they didn't show up. Look elsewhere or run the risk of having to deal with them.
