Complete waste of time. Do not attempt to sell your property to them. I signed my closing documents back in January and it is now March with very little progress. Drew, Robert and Stephanie are by far the worse people I've ever tried to do business with. They don't have the decency to tell me they're not going to purchase the property, they just ghost you and ignore your emails, text and calls. I don't know how they've received such good reviews when my experience with them has been terrible.
