In the year my 94-year-old mom has been there I have experienced constant frustration with their leadership. No communication about urgent health issues, agonizingly slow follow-through on requests for information or maintenance of my mom's room, unlocked security doors, leaders and employees having conversations about clients in public spaces. Right now, my mom is in the hospital with a broken hip. Because of their failure to communicate, it was 2 days before the news reached me in Kansas City.
