Dr. Archilla is a Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologist. As the director of the Center for Advanced Sinus and Nasal Care, Dr. Archilla brings to his patients superior clinical knowledge, outstanding surgical skills, and a most engaging and kind personality. He is equally fluent in English and Spanish and is one of the very few fellowship-trained Rhinologists between Miami, Tampa, and Gainesville. He is highly experienced in the management and surgery of advanced sinus and anterior skull base disease, including pituitary tumors and fungal sinusitis, as well as endoscopic orbital decompression for exophthalmos. He has advanced knowledge and skills in the minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery with infrared guidance and intraoperative navigation as well as balloon sinuplasty.
