Poor professionalism, poor quality, poor responsiveness, and poor value.
If you have any ability to pick an appraiser for your home buying process, go with someone else. This company (Roy Stutzer in particular) was unresponsive and so slow in completing the appraisal that we were forced to delay our closing date. Unfortunately, our bank contracted this company (it was not our choice), but our experience with this person was by far the worst part of the homebuying process.
