Save yourself a lot of aggravation! These people are pathetic! Sales department is awesome... They want your money. But once you own the camper, they don't ever want to see you again. Service is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life! They try to make it look like it's the customers problem or fault and yet they're just sticking it to you the entire time. Everyone, from secretaries to the owners.... I happen to know one of the owners and I can't get a call back from Donna to save my life. They tell me she's not involved with the company anymore. Well then maybe she should sell it because the clowns running it are going to run it into the ground eventually
