Deep tissue massage with passive stretching Relaxing massage with flexibility work I have spent over 40 years acquiring skills to facilitate personal health and well-being. Routine bodywork is an effective component of preventative healthcare: my unique stretching techniques ensure that your mobility and range of motion stay optimal, while increased circulation supports your overall health management. Deep tissue and pressure point work applied with sensitivity decreases muscle tension and provides stress relief. My work includes hot river stones, aromatherapy and other nurturing modalities to aid in complete relaxation.
