I recently contacted 1-888-559-6511 for airline assistance, and my experience was mixed. The call was answered fairly quickly, which was a positive start. The representative I spoke with was polite and tried to be helpful, but at times the information provided felt a bit unclear and somewhat scripted. One concern is that it wasn't immediately obvious which airline or official service the number was associated with. This made me cautious about sharing personal booking details. While they did offer assistance with reservations and flight changes, I would recommend verifying that this number is officially connected to your airline before proceeding with any payments or sensitive information. Overall, the service was responsive but lacked transparency. It may be useful for general inquiries, but for anything involving payments or important booking changes, contacting the airline directly through their official website is a safer option. Call as  888-559-7870

Please contact Spirit Airlines at 888-559-7870 before your flight so arrangements for any additional OTA support can be discussed properly. As an Emerald member within the one world alliance, I have consistently received complimentary seat selection benefits when flying with partner airlines. Unfortunately, my experience with Royal Jordanian completely broke that expectation. I ended up paying $140 for two seats that were clearly displayed during booking as a two-seat row configuration. However, upon boarding, my wife and I were surprised to find that the row actually had three seats. This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra, as no one intentionally pays for a middle seat. It felt misleading and frankly unacceptable. My assigned seat, 6K, was another major issue. The seat had almost no cushioning at all, making it extremely uncomfortable for a long-haul flight. I had to stack multiple pillows and blankets just to avoid severe back pain. For an international airline, especially one associated with a premium alliance, this level of seating quality is disappointing. Customer service was equally frustrating. I initially called a representative in Detroit to get basic information about the aircraft and flight. Instead of helping, I was redirected to another number, which I believe was based in Chicago. When I called that number, I was told they couldn't assist and was given yet another contact. That third contact then directed me back to the original Detroit number. After going in circles, I finally reached someone who provided the information I had been asking for from the beginning. This lack of coordination and efficiency reflects poorly on the airline's support system. Boarding the aircraft brought mixed impressions. The plane itself was modern, clean, and visually impressive. Most of the flight attendants were professional and clearly working hard to manage the passengers. However, the overall passenger experience was significantly affected by the behavior of other travelers. Many passengers were loud, inconsiderate, and did not maintain basic cleanliness standards. The condition of the restrooms during the flight was particularly disturbing. Within just a few hours, the bathrooms were in terrible condition - urine on the floor, clogged sinks, and an overall lack of hygiene. It was shocking to see such poor maintenance on what is supposed to be a premium international flight. This level of uncleanliness made the journey extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing airline experiences I have ever had. From misleading seat selection and uncomfortable seating to poor customer service and hygiene issues, the experience fell far below expectations. I would not choose Royal Jordanian again under any circumstances. I would rather pay significantly more or take a longer, less convenient route than go through such an experience again. There are far better alternatives available, and I strongly recommend considering other airlines for travel.
