First of all, the owner lied about the reason for discharge, just to make herself look good. She also did not give us any warning or notice whatsoever that she planned to discharge. The owner repeatedly demanded that we get a SECOND head CT on my son and threatened that he'd be discharged if we didn't - even though she knew very well that several doctors had advised against it and said it wasn't necessary. Despite everything we were told by doctors, the owner frequently texted me, and was always trying to make up things that were "wrong" with my child. She even encouraged us to leave our pediatrician because the pediatrician agreed with all the other doctors; that scans/x-rays were not necessary. We were supposed to have monthly meetings. We were there 14 months and only had one meeting and it wasn't until 11 months after we started. The owner not only had poor communication with us but also with her staff. They were hardly ever on the same page, which made things a little frustrating and chaotic. There were several times I would get texts from 3 different people, including the owner, saying the exact same thing. So even though they work under the same roof, they do not communicate with each other. They have been very disorganized and unprofessional and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
