TLC provides support to individuals who are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. Services are provided via licensed group homes, semi-independent living apartments, in-home support services, and an adult training program. TLC helps individuals become active, involved members of their community. We specialize in working with people diagnosed with an IDD and a co-occurring mental health diagnosis. We are the only program with a fitness component for people with IDD. We are focused on the individuals in service. Management is hands on and understands what is occurring in programs. Our staff are constantly being trained in the best ways to help people in services meet their goals. We are flexible and creative in finding ways to meet peoples needs (person centered).
