My experience working for this company was a blow out. The company is crooked in every way possible. Jacob Grimm, the owner, and his driver Dakota Jenkins racist profanity towards non Caucasians roadside members. I worked with the company 19 days, from July 12, 2023- July 31, 2023. I had quit because Jacob finally told me he doesn't do payroll until he receives his pay from his contract holders. Basically he wanted me to drive his trucks, and perform roadside tasks for free until he decides to pay. This company should not be allowed to be of public service. This company is fueled by money hungry deception. Without a doubt, one of the worst tow companies out of Waterloo, Illinois servicing AAA members in St. Louis, Mo and connecting Illinois.
