Mr. Kang serviced my water heater and replaced a pipe. He turned off the pilot and did not reignite it before he left. The next day I called him to reignite the pilot since he didn't relight it the night before. I also told Mr. Kang that I was not going to pay him another $200 for a service he should have done before he left the night before. Mr. Kang had the nerve to charge me for reigniting the pilot light which he turned off. Do not recommend him for any project. lacks customer loyalty! Is intimidating!
