My kid started going here last year and initially loved her previous therapist until she quit and they did not have a replacement for months. The new therapist has not been great to say the least and after trying to discuss issues with the "Director of Operations" we were met with even more attitude. Would not recommend Preferred Practice Speech Talk & Play.
