Mike Little
Unprofessional, cancelled the appointment based on my non-response to a text. I do not respond to text nor do I often accept phone calls unless I know they are being placed. When I schedule an appointment I expect it to be honored. This business charges a $25 dollar cancellation fee perhaps they should consider reimbursing me $25 for lost time and aggravation. This delay on these services will cost me an additional $75 for my license renewal. Buyer be ware.
