Bob and Marilyn Knapp are occupational therapists who own and operate Changes and its sister company, Spring Hill Rehab and Lymphedema center. They had a vision to create a fitness center that would provide a continuum of care for their physical and occupational therapy patients after discharge. Additionally, they wanted to attract people who did not feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment to feel like they have a "fitness home". In January 2006, Changes Adult Fitness Center opened its doors at 1244 Mariner Blvd. in Spring Hill. In June 2009, Changes moved to its new and present location at 12597 Spring Hill Drive. Our facility offers a full line of cardio and circuit training equipment from Nautilus and Life Fitness, customized personal training, and massage therapy.
