We put in new insulated windows and doors. We look for a home that offers bonus space and renovate that space for entertaining or leasure. Finally we finish the home off with modern cabinets, laminate floors (Amercan Cherry), new woodwork, new appliances (stainless), and window treatments to create an energy efficient home ready for today's lifestyle. Renting or leasing a home offers many advantages. Ease of moving to a new job or a bigger home, taxes and dwelling insurance is inclusive, as is normal upkeep. Our home are the right size for new families starting out, single parents with children, or empty nestors.
