To whom it may concern. After delivering a package, by throwing it across my from lawn, Mr. Ruelas broke my path light (I've got it all on video). OnTrac had hired him as a third party contractor to deliver packages for them. They told me I'd have to deal with him. What started off amicable, quickly changed after he showed signs of being very unprofessional (he couldn't get back to me since he was on spring break - come on) Eventually we agreed to a compromise. Since the agreement was made, he has ceased replying to my communication efforts and has not fulfilled his commitments. I have filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau regarding him and OnTrac Hoping to resolve this matter asap, but in the meantime, this is my current review of Mr. Ruelas and his business. Two thumbs down from delivery all the way to where we are now.
