If zero stars were available I would have done that. Worst scam ever! I called and asked to speak over the phone with someone instead of setting up an appointment over an automated text system that looked sketchy. I asked 2 times if the repair person would have certain parts on the truck to possibly fix the double Frigidaire ovens that were turning off after a short time, but the control panel showed them on still. I told the person I spoke with that I suspected there was a short in the electrical panel, and it might need repair or replacement. The guy got here at the very end of the 3 hour window I waited around for, took almost 45 min, during which he came in, looked at the oven, took a couple pictures, and asked about the problems we were having. After turning on both ovens, an verifying that they do indeed turn on and start to heat up, he then told us when we asked what he could do to test the panel he said was "probably broken" and he can't order parts anymore since the ovens are too old. If a reputable company had asked how old the ovens were and informed me right away that if a new part was needed, they are no longer available, I would have likely started shopping for new ovens last week instead of waiting days, only to waste the first half of another day to be annoyed and still not get my ovens fixed. Don't fall for this place. They can't fix it, and they just want their $65 fee for a guy to stand in you house and play on his phone for a while.
