The owners of this company were excellent when they performed the survey of our property! I had previously called several companies for a quote regarding my property. Xterra360's bid came in a couple of hundred dollars less then the other bids that I received. They advised me that they were busy but would do their best to get to my property as soon as possible. They advised it would be approx. 2 weeks out. They arrived a few days before I expected them and they were checking the surrounding area so they had accurate measurements. They stopped by my house and let me know what they were doing. The next day they were at my house to perform the survey of my property. They had to measure a couple of different ways because all of our trees block cell phone reception, however they were completely prepared and had everything they needed with them. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service they completed. They even finished in the rain to make sure the job was completed the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing land surveyed!
