$1,600 to fix a broken sewer line, charged my credit card b4 any work was started. 20 min they snaked my washer and found a grease clog. I was assured the OVER CHARGE would be prompted refunded. After a request for a breakdown on this $1600 for 20 min work Janette contacted my credit card company and lied saying they had sent a refund for work that was charged for but not done. 4 months later... no check. No refund. Filing with a court date 20 days out. F rating with BBB?
