Do not trust this company. I bought a flipped home from them and later found major issues: a non-functional septic system and multiple cracks in the main support beam, just to name two. They clearly cut corners for a quick sale. I've lost $10,000+ in an effort to fix the home. After reaching out to the owner, he didn't respond. I could've chosen to take legal action (and have a high chance of winning after consulting legal counsel) but didn't want the stress of going down that path. Buyer beware.
