DO NOT purchase or let alone get anything from this warehouse. The owner is not a reputable person. I purchase units that I picked up from warehouse and was told by sales people to call them because they were in charge of warranty. At first contact this lady gave me a story that I didn't care fire and then told me she was going to take care of my Minos plot unit cause it stop working two years later she Ghost me and don't want to take responsibility for Tosot mini split units that are junk...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN IF THERE IS WARRANTY INVOLVED. Mines is 10 years for outside unit and 5 for inside and she does t want to honor the warranty
