🥴Unfortunately the first time cleaning was the best this company had to offer. Obviously it was done to “get me onboard” because the next two times they came were very much lacking-service & professionalism. 2nd visit -Two rooms were not cleaned at all- simply ran a vacuum just inside the door, and “forgot” to clean some of the wood. Called owner- who only showed up on INITIAL visit to home- to let her know of the 5 issues/ items not cleaned. She made a list. Next (3rd) visit they were a person short and did such a shoddy job it was unbelievable. ALL they did was the list I gave the owner of those certain items, did not even do my kitchen counters until I asked if she had forgotten them (as she was headed to leave.) Bedroom furniture was not cleaned -when I brought to their attention - SHE PUSHED ALL ITEMS TO THE BACK HALF OF THE DRESSER AND ONLY WIPED THE AREA THAT WAS IN FRONT!! I had to take things off and wipe myself to get it clean. (When hiring a company to clean I ACTUALLY expected Clean when they left!) I paid FULL price (150$) so I did not expect half cleaning to be done. {The crew worked for 2 hours and took 2 -ten minute breaks!! They spent almost as much time inside “partially cleaning” as they did outside smoking and sitting in their cars in my yard each time they came.} I did use of the specific girl in their crew for the “organization” of a spare bedroom and she did an excellent job. Upon her leaving, the “organization girl” gave me one price and then returned saying her boss “the owner” sent her back requiring an additional 40$ for this service. 🤷‍♀️ My husband and I spoke with her about returning at a later date to assist with organizing our garage. She said she would and that she had our number. I say this because When I contacted the owner two days before my next scheduled appointment (cleaning every 3 weeks) I attached a list of items to be done at EVERY interval as to let them know what I expected (and all had been mentioned at the initial visit but not done). The owner contacted me and instead of saying she would ensure the cleaning be done correctly- she tried to make it sound like my husband had contacted “the organizer” privately (without my knowledge). She was upset I had sent a list and was just trying to be petty. Needless to say that I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY ever again and I wanted to leave this review to let everyone know how they maneuver.
