Coastal Business Concepts is a sales & marketing firm based in Raleigh that focuses on leadership and expanding our client's brand recognition! ☼OUR COMPANY☼ Coastal Business Concepts is a premier sales and marketing firm located in Raleigh, NC. We partner with multi-billion companies, acting as their direct sales team while helping bridge the gap between consumers and their brand. We work with integrity and intent to represent our clients and offer real-time feedback between customers and clients. For the Coastal Business Concepts team, we guarantee to only promote from within and based on merit. ☼OUR TEAM☼ Coastal Business Concepts’ team is motivated, forward-thinking, and leadership-driven. We have a very diverse team where some come from technical backgrounds, others from the medical field, and even some from professional sports. One commonality among our team is our passion for helping and developing others. ☼OUR TRAINING☼ Coastal Business Concepts’ training focuses on basic communication skills, leadership, self-management, and entrepreneurialism. We teach our team the importance of listening attentively and responding properly. We believe that great companies can not only teach their team how to do but also how to duplicate, be self-sufficient, and lead others. Transference of knowledge without loss of skill and integrity is one of the toughest things to do. It takes patience and attention to detail and forces you to work with intent every day. Our training focuses on sales for our clients and creating a positive impact on our people and community. ☼OUR GOALS☼ Over the next year, Coastal Business Concepts plans to expand into two new markets, improving our leadership training and sales consulting. We vow to offer opportunities to hardworking individuals, promote solely from within and focus on our team’s success as a whole!
