He was on the phone texting during the meeting while I was opening a file or correcting my document. It was not just once but a couple of times. I have to ask him to look at my application instead of his phone. He also said in the text that he is an immigrant attorney. However, he did not know how to fill out form I-765 and told me that I shouldn't worry about it. I repeatedly told him that I need to get the EAD to do my internship this summer and I can't just wait for the green card. Received no help with I-765.
