These women are SO nasty, hateful and unprofessional! This shop is located just up the street from my mother's house and I have stopped in a few times to pick items up for her, so I would go ahead and shop for a bit, but I do not feel as though I am a valued customer... in fact, none of us are! It is just about putting money in Desirae's pockets. They ALL are so FAKE and I have heard them "kiss up" (kiss @ss) to people's faces and talk so much trash about them behind their backs no sooner than they walked out the door!!! I am so appalled that even the owner (who is quite disgusting in real life and on her Facebook Lives) was not just joining in on the conversations, but STARTING them! AND, You will only allow your employees to act as foul to customers as you do. This was not a rare occurrence, I have heard this garbage fest each time I have been inside the store, and I will never again purchase anything from there. I cannot in good conscience EVER shop here again, not even online. Trust me ladies, if you're ok with the way they act it is most likely, because you are a lot like them. Being rude to and gossiping about any customer is not right. It is not right to treat anyone this way, but especially a customer! A good rule of thumb that I am sure all of our mothers have taught us (or should have).... if they are talking badly about other people AROUND you, they are talking badly to other people ABOUT you! An unbelievable amount of time and effort went into writing Fake reviews for their pages (here and on Yelp). That alone speaks volumes about who they are, not to mention what someone who has actually done business with Desirae and worked on her vehicle WITHOUT being paid has to say!!! Just a bad person all around. I will no longer support her or her business! I am amazed at how many women comment on how GREAT and FRIENDLY they are here, that is laughable! Boy have they got yall fooled! I really wish you ladies could see a video of how they behave like drunken sailors and talk poorly about you behind your backs when you are not around.... Are these solicited reviews....? 🤔 They have to be, because this girl is as fake and dirty as they come. NO WAY others cannot see through it! The 1 Star reviews are unfortunately, very much accurate, but this place doesn't deserve any!!!!!! Look at reviews on Yelp to see where a local repair shop did work on her car and now she will not pay and has in fact, been dodging them for months. That IS who she truly is.
