The Rey Consulting team is adamant about knowing all there is to know about our client. We take product knowledge and sales training seriously as it's the whole reason our clients choose to pa​rtner with us. We teach our team how to have productive conversations with customers, how to understand different customer types, how to use body language to their advantage, and more. The main focus for Rey Consulting, however, lies in our leadership development. When we opened our doors, our executive decided to ONLY promote from within. That means we do not offer upper management positions to anyone who is not a current team member. Furthermore, we hire STRICTLY at the entry-level sales and marketing associate position. Why? It is not to belittle someone's experience; promoting someone based on merit drives competition and builds camaraderie within our team. We promote based on one's ability to add value. We believe that our clients give us such a great product to sell, and we provide the training to do phenomenal with customers; therefore, sales cannot be the way we measure success. Everyone's success at Rey Consulting is measured by their ability to teach and train newer team members. We focus our leadership training on Steven Covey's time management approach, servant leadership, understanding marketing strategies, DISC assessment coaching and development, and more.
