I would also give -5 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible company and service. Got paired with CP towing through my insurance to get ky car towed to a mechanic because it wasn't starting. The initial estimate of 2 hours turned to 4 then 5 then didn't even show up at all. Tried calling 5 different times to get an update on when my car would be picked up and they didn't answer a single one. The lady I talked to originally then started sending my calls straight to voicemail. I called my insurance company and had them connect me to another provider to tow my car. The lady was extremely disrespectful and didn't give a care in the world about the job she was supposed to do in picking my car up. Never use them. They are trash.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. This joke of a company was dispatched via my insurance company for Roadside Assistance. I was quoted a 90 to 120 minute wait which was ridiculous in and of itself. But it gets worse. After 2.5 hours of waiting and having no contact from them I attempted to call CP Towing and reached a voicemail that was not accepting messages. I continued to wait and attempted to call a few more time. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. After 3 hours my insurance company reached back out to me as they had notice the service call was not yet complete. They also attempted several times to reach CP Towing unsuccessfully. At 3.5 hours it was finally determined that CP Towing had canceled the service call without notifying anyone. This is completely unprofessional. Glad I was not stuck in the middle of traffic or on the interstate at the time and was instead safely parked along a street with curbside parking. I sincerely hope NO ONE gives this company their business.
