A friend convinced me to sign up and just try it back in August. I loved the whole class and staff right away. I had a lot to learn though. The staff have always been patient and kind and have helped me to grow stronger, push my limits, and make me feel like family. Then in January, I started hitting my stride. And now, I feel so beyond amazing!! I love every class! I love feeling my muscles stronger and working more smoothly! I love the combos and feeling the rhythm of how they flow! If you're on the fence, just take that leap! It is such an life altering amazing experience!

A friend convinced me to sign up and just try it back in August. I loved the whole class and staff right away. I had a lot to learn though. The staff have always been patient and kind and have helped me to grow stronger, push my limits, and make me feel like family. Then in January, I started hitting my stride. Staff and Facility is outstanding. The level of commitment to keep all members engaged is top-notch. I haven't see a gym in a long while that goes above and beyond for their members. The wife and I joined in January of this year and were impressed. Classes range from 45min to an hour all of which are all HIIT workouts that maximize both calorie and fat loss. We are very happy with our decision on jump starting our journey back into our fitness goals for the new year!

I joined ILKB-Kent a little over a month ago and love it! It's the perfect mix of group and individual work so you stay motivated but can truly make each workout your own. I leave sore and exhausted but always with a smile on my face. I definitely see my strength both mentally and physically improving every week!

Also, is close to my workplace which makes it even better. I recommend everyone to try it and have the BEST HOUR!
