We are a Fitness Kickboxing (non-combat) studio lead by a team of Group Fitness Trainers who work with our members to help them get back in the best shape of their life. At ILKB we focus on giving you an awesome instructor-led Kickboxing class while making it fun and exciting. I cannot recommend ILKB-Kent highly enough. To say I was exercise adverse is an understatement. Now, I have a genuine Fit Fam and an activity I love. This staff ROCKS and the group so welcoming. You won't regret talking a class to see what it is all about!

A friend convinced me to sign up and just try it back in August. I loved the whole class and staff right away. I had a lot to learn though. The staff have always been patient and kind and have helped me to grow stronger, push my limits, and make me feel like family. Then in January, I started hitting my stride. And now, I feel so beyond amazing!! I love every class! I love feeling my muscles stronger and working more smoothly! I love the combos and feeling the rhythm of how they flow! If you're on the fence, just take that leap! It is such an life altering amazing experience!

Staff and Facility is outstanding. The level of commitment to keep all members engaged is top-notch. I haven't see a gym in a long while that goes above and beyond for their members. The wife and I joined in January of this year and were impressed. Classes range from 45min to an hour all of which are all HIIT workouts that maximize both calorie and fat loss. We are very happy with our decision on jump starting our journey back into our fitness goals for the new year!
